據(jù)普氏能源資訊5月29日新加坡報(bào)道，中國新建的獨(dú)立煉油企業(yè)恒利石化公司（恒利石化/Hengli Petrochemical）的消息人士周五晚些時(shí)候?qū)?biāo)普全球能源資訊記者說，恒利石化將在其麾下煉油廠在10月試運(yùn)行前的6月底接收其首批進(jìn)口原油。

    消息人士透露，這批26萬噸阿拉伯中質(zhì)原油貨物是通過中國國有貿(mào)易公司中化集團(tuán)從沙特阿拉伯國家石油公司（沙特阿美）購買的，這批原油將運(yùn)抵中國大連港。

    據(jù)恒利石化介紹，位于中國東北遼寧省的2000萬噸/年（40萬桶/天）的恒利煉油廠將在今年7月完工并將在10月開始試運(yùn)行。

    這名消息人士補(bǔ)充稱，恒利煉油廠計(jì)劃在第一批貨物抵達(dá)后在6月或 7月通過中化集團(tuán)再進(jìn)口兩超大型油輪的阿拉伯重質(zhì)原油用于煉油廠試運(yùn)行。

    China's Hengli Petrochemical to take first crude cargo end June

    China's greenfield independent refiner Hengli Petrochemical will receive its first imported crude cargo at end June ahead of its trial run slated for October, a company source told  S&P Global Platts late Friday.

    The 260,000 mt Arab Medium cargo was bought via state-owned trading company Sinochem from Saudi Aramco and is fixed to arrive at Dalian port, the source said.

    Located in Liaoning province in northeastern China, the 20 million mt/year (400,000 b/d) Hengli refinery is scheduled to complete construction in July and start trial runs in October, according to the company.

    The refinery plans to import a further two VLCCs of Arab Heavy via Sinochem in June/July for trial runs after the arrival of the first cargo, the company source added.
